An incorrect mix of foods - for example, meat mixed with cheese, as these two require opposite mediums to be digested; cheese - alkaline, meat - acid; these neutralize each other and you end up with undigested food in your stomach, bloated, and nutritionally depleted. You'll want to avoid as much as you can these alimentary weight gain triggers - not only to protect your health but also if you're committed to eating healthy to lose weight easier and faster.
